Possible that wiring under seat got disconnected feeds both seats

  • Nicole chancellor Mar 23, 2015

Does it really not have a fuse? Do you know how the seats get power?

  • Nicole chancellor Mar 24, 2015

My power windows work and I don't have memory seats. I have had about 10 guys look for the fuse both on the car and in the manual no one can find it. Everyone is stumped. I've also gone to Napa and autozone and they can't figure it out either. All visable fuses test good this included under the hood and under the dash.

SOURCE: My 99 Toyota Avalon horn does not make any sound.

save yourself the hassle , buy yourself a momentary 12volt switch drill a nice clean hole on your driversside dash and re-wire your horn to it, all the screwing around you'll do to figure out why toyota makes cheesy horn contacts you could have your problem fixed..

on one side of the switch you should run a wire that is a 12volt switched +
on the other side I would run another side run a new power wire to your horn
leave your horns stock ground and just replace the HOTLINE ..

you could even go as far as installing a la cou ca racha horn to bring back that 70's Lowrider feel lol

SOURCE: 2000 Blazer. No power to the orange wire for

The orange wire is the power wire for both seats. It gets its power from the power seat circuit braker (20 amp) located at the body relay block. It is located behind left side of dash near fuse block. Remove circuit braker and check for power in body relay cavity that you pulled the relay out of if power is on one side change circuit braker and if no power on either side then you have a bad main fuse near battery or under hood in main fuse block. Check all your fuses in the fuse box. A fuse must have cut off.

SOURCE: drivers power seat will not move forward or back.

check first to make sure there is nothing caught in the track or under the seat or there maybe a bad wire on the power motor itself and yes there should be a fuse or relay check under the dash for the box there and the diagram will tell if you if one is there or check the relay box under the hood for the relay for it

SOURCE: Toyota Avalon 120 amp main fuse removal.

you have to loosen the mounting bolts on the fuse panel and on the bottom side the fuse is held in by 2 8 millimeter bolts.

Inoperative seat heaters on a '95 Avalon XLS

There should be a relay for one or both seats. You may need to check with the dealer on what the relay looks like and where it is located.
It might be in your owners manual.

Where can I find the fuse box on 1997 Toyota Avalon

Look in the owners manual which can be found in the glove box. You can buy a replacement manual on ebay. Generally there is a small panel with large amp fuses under the hood and a large panel with many smaller amp fuses up under the dash.
