Clean your throttle valve both sides with carb cleaner. If that does not fix it decarbonize the motor. Easy way to decarbonize motor. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK! Go to expressway and when your getting on start around 15mph and hammer down and don't let up until you are at the speed limit. Repeat two to three times REMEMBER SAFTEY FIRST! MAKE SURE traffic will allow you to do this! NOT DURING ANY RUSH HOUR TIMES!

The fuse would not allow the fuel pump to work,then not work,replace the fuel filter first,if this does no good,have the fuel pressure checked.If this was helpful,please rate,thank you.

SOURCE: 2000 dodge dakota 4.7 both banks running lean tps

Sounds like a failed transmission, if the tach flairs

When you say lean both banks, you would need a scan tool
to know that & then the common thing to both, would be the
MAF Sensor.

You find almost 50% of the time Ignition Issues cause a
lot of problems.

The things you don't test or rule out because they lack
logic at the time bit you

dont burn the clutch out ,,,,,sounds like the control opposite side to throttle linkage it has three wires going to it and when removed it has carbon tracks inside .throttle control valve in english but what you call it stateside ???

you might have a vacuum leak just get a can of carb cleaner the spray kind not the foam stuff and spray it around your carb and vacuum lines and see if anything changes.l

2004 jeep wrangler 2.4 litre 4 cylinder

check the ground wirea at the dipstick tube,remove them all,and bend the ends of the wire,look for weak or broken wires, i bought several 4 cyl jeep that had problems at shift, fall on their face < after the engine settled back in to place,so wires made contact> just a thot. the ground wires are small the engine moves,when shifting.
