Which one of those relays under the hood is for the cooling fan i check the fuse box and their is no fuse or relay for the cooling fan,so it must be under the hood when i check the cover to see which one it is their is no diagram to show you which relay is used for what,

Lets try this find the cooling fan, follow the wire back into the engine bay. it "may" run to a thermostatic switch in the radiator then follow further to possibly the relay or if this is the ACND condenser cooling fan it may be linked to the AC Compressor relay, so when compressor is on the condenser cooling fan is on. A bright led flashlight is what I like to use in the dark to follow wires. The issue may be the fan motor itself, unless you've already tested it. If you can find a connection that can be separated apply positive voltage to the fan lead to see if it is working. It may also be just corroded connections. Scraping to bright metal may help. Hope this helps.
