Please try to find a repair manual. You will probably need it again! Try your library.
Or http://www.filepeep.com/ if they have it.
or manualslib.com

Testimonial: "thanks for your answer i do have the manual what am looking for is not listed i went on both those sites and nothing.."

Lets try this find the cooling fan, follow the wire back into the engine bay. it "may" run to a thermostatic switch in the radiator then follow further to possibly the relay or if this is the ACND condenser cooling fan it may be linked to the AC Compressor relay, so when compressor is on the condenser cooling fan is on. A bright led flashlight is what I like to use in the dark to follow wires. The issue may be the fan motor itself, unless you've already tested it. If you can find a connection that can be separated apply positive voltage to the fan lead to see if it is working. It may also be just corroded connections. Scraping to bright metal may help. Hope this helps.

What if the fan don't work?

check main fuse black box under the hood. look for a main fuse or relay bad. also the fan could be bad, try running the engine to operating temperature,. then look at the fan under hood to see if it's turning. the only way to be sure if fans turning is to see it turning. if you turn the key on, do you hear it come on? when cool? it should'nt come on until the engines warm!! the a/c fan will come on when you turn the air conditioner on, or it should. check for blown fuses in main fuse box under the hood in black box. thank you for choosing fixya.com

My 1994 Buick LeSabre has no electricity going through the wires that are supposed to provide electricity to the fuel injectors. Tested those wires with a "noid test light" & the light didn't light...

i'm not sure on the '94, but a lot of buicks have two fuse boxes, one under the dash and another under the hood. Check both boxes for any burned fuses. Also, there are often relays in the fuse box, as well. (again, not buick specific, just a rule of thumb) If there is a relay marked "fuel" or "fuel system", or something like that, you con often pull a non-essential relay (like 'wipers" or "lights") that has the same part number stamped on it, and put it in the fuel relay alot to see if that is bad. Good Luck!

Our car fan (Buick Lasabre-97) will not shut off. How can we shut it off? Will the battery eventually run down if we don't get it shut off?

yes the battery will drain down very fast. raise the hood and go to the under hood relay box look for cooling fan relay and remove there may be two one for low speed and one for high speed.or u can unplug the cooling fan it self.just a two wire connector may have to use a small flat screw driver to raise the retainer.hope this helps.

What is a cooling fan s/p (relay)?

They are all in the fuse box under the hood the relays dont work in a way where one controls one fan and one controls another fan they run the fans in series for low speed and paralel for high speed. They are numbered 37,39,40 you would have to replace them all to see if that takes care of your problem
