Try purchasing a new blower. There arent that expensive. If it comes on and off, the brushes inside the blower are bad, and you need to replace the blower. Or you may have some kind of constriction in your HVAC system which would cause you to hear the blower coming on, and no air being produced through your vents. Or another possibiilty could be that you have something under your dash constricting the blower from getting air to move through your vents, or maybe your filter needs to be changed. There is a filter on your blower. It may just be very filthy preventing any air from coming through. If you are trying to avoid buying a new blower I would suggest not running it again until you find the problem (more than likely one of the ones I listed) that could be causing you not getting any air to push through your vents. Hope this helps you.

Why would my blower, vent, defrost, ac and heater just quit blowing air?

There are several possible reasons why your blower, vent, defrost, AC, and heater might stop blowing air:

1. Blower Motor Failure: The blower motor is responsible for blowing the air through the vents. If the blower motor fails, you will not get any airflow from the vents.
2. Blower Motor Resistor Failure: The blower motor resistor controls the speed of the blower motor. If the resistor fails, the blower motor may stop working or only work at one speed.
3. Fuse or Relay Failure: A blown fuse or faulty relay in the blower motor circuit can prevent the blower motor from working.
4. Control Module Failure: The HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) control module is responsible for controlling the blower motor and other components. If the control module fails, it can prevent the blower motor from working.
5. Vacuum Leak: If your vehicle uses a vacuum system to control the vents, a vacuum leak can prevent the system from working properly.
6. Broken Blend Door: The blend door controls the direction of the airflow. If the blend door breaks or gets stuck, the air may not flow through the correct vents.
7. Wiring or Connector Issues: Faulty wiring or connectors in the blower motor circuit can prevent the blower motor from working.

No air coming out of vents and blower motor workS with jumper wireD, 2010 xc 60

a Volvo (must we guess"?) 2010 xc 60???? no air jumper-ed too?
if yes controls bad.
but with all blend door motors dead, air will flow.
there is no blower blocking door/damper ( but Filter)?
no air flows? means what?
hot air?
cold air?
either?
or no ambient air flows. or all.above.?

most cars have at least 3 dampers
MODE (direction)
hot cold, manual control.
recir'/fresh.

case in point, if hot core and AC core are dead
and blower spins you still get ambient cab air flow or fresh.
cab filter clogged up.
I need more facts to know what tests to do.

A/c stops blowing after a short time of being ran.

you are probably having a blower motor issue. the bearings in the motor are most likely bad and as the motor run they get hotter and hotter until they seize on the shaft.

I have a 1998 olds 88 And. The blower motor motor isn't working where is the relay for the blower motor exactly

I think under the hood in a fuse box.I would check the blower motor resistors connection afterwards.Turn ignition and fan switches on then wiggle the pigtail going to the resistor. Its located in the heat duct on the passenger side near the floor. These resistors are known for getting hot and melting the pigtail causing it to loose connection.

My heater wont always come on. sometimes when i messed with the switch it would but now it wont deo anything at all.

this may be your heater motor or a blower motor resister that went bad the bower motor resistor controls the speed of the blower if the speed settings went out one by one or if you only had one setting this could be the resistor

The air conditioning, the blower fan everything stopped working, on 2002 Nissan Sentra. Does anyone have any suggestions?

One suggestion. Have you checked the fuses ?

I would check the AC or blower fuse to start with. If you have the drivers manual it will show you where the fuse box is. Typically there are at least two boxes to check. One in the Engine compartment and one in the passenger cabin.

Look inside the lid of the fuse box to see which fuse may apply to the AC circuits or the blower and check to see if they are blow. the metal link between the two posts that plug in. If the link is missing you need to replace the fuse with one of the same rating. Make sure you know where you took the fuse out from and put it back in the same slot if its good. Check all the main fuses if possible to see if any have blown and replace if they have.
