I cant seem to locate the fuse block for my 1987

Try turning on your hazard/warning flashers. The DOT 3 fuses are usually right next to each other. Follow the clicking sound.

Turnsigals do not work replaced turnsignal switch, flasher relay, daytime running light module, replaced the bulbs and checked all the fuses.

first of all stop buying parts problems like these are not allways parts. buy yourself a12 volt test light that works when you ground it and touch positive it lights up. go to mitchell do it yourself pay 11.99 for eight days look up wiring diagrams for exterior lamps then at the parts you replaced go back and check for power at those parts if you have power checks the grounds with the test light clip end hooked up to power and look at the wiring diagram wire once you find a power wire inside car use paper clip to attach grounding clip from test light to power wire to check for ground at turn signal flasher the light should be asbright as when you are looking at power wire the diagram will show you were the grounds are you may just have a broken ground. also when you check the fuses allways test with test light or dvom to make sure they are hot. hope this helps Thunderboltz

Rear and interior dashboard lights don't work 1994 Crown Vic.

Easy stuff first. Try replacing the #9 fuse on the interior fuse panel. This fuse protects the instrument panel, license, parking and tail light circuits. The panel is located under the dash to the left of the steering column. You will need to pry off the cover on the panel to access the fuses. The fuse you want is a 15 amp fuse located directly under the turn signal flasher. It should be easy to figure out which fuse it is because it will be 'blown' or open. This is easy to determine just by looking at the fuse once it's removed. And, if you aren't sure what's what, I'm sure you can find a diagram of this fuse panel somewhere on the Internets if you look around a little. I took this info out of the Owner Manual from my own '94 Vic. If this doesn't solve the problem I would suggest taking your Vic to a shop and letting them take a look at it.

Turn signals, hazard flashers, and brake lights not working on 1996 crown vic. pushed in fuse and worked for minute until hood was shut then went out again. Also took in circuit breaker and had checked....

well makes no sense turnsignals are on ignition switch fed fuse and brake lights are on 24 hour fuse.. to me sounds like bad turn switch... it handles turn signals also hazzards. and brake lights have to go through the turn switch also... it is common problem.. combination switch is what they call it.. not hard to replace either....let me know

Turn signal don't work or the flashers?

If you still have flasher problems, I read on Google to spray WD-40 down in and around the hazzard flasher button, then press it up and down several times...and BINGO...all flashers and signals worked again....just had some dirt and dust in the wiring....
