Have tires checked for balance to start with out of balance starts at 45 mph but can go higher also turn off overdrive and see if it still does this could be just a bad u joint or the bushing at the yolk in the back of transmission or if 2 piece drive shaft could be hanger bearing

I have a 2010 RX350 which makes a humming noise between 30-35 mph, both while accelerating and decelerating. It's loud and driving me nuts. What could it be?

It could be bad tires to worn motor mounts.
If the tires are in good shape, rotate them to see if it makes a difference. If not, you could have a bad hub, or motor mount, based on the minimal information. The transmission and drive axle are also possible problems.

2010 grand caravan transmission making noise that sounds like the rotors. Also driving about 65 mph, acted like it lost the gears. Pulled over, turned ignition off, back on, acted like nothing happened..

What you are describing could be the rotors. If they are wearing badly and affect the ABS then the vehicle is not going to run correctly because the abs tells the tcs that there is a problem. Have the brakes checked right away.

Buick lesabre starts vibrating at 45 mph and stops around 55 mph...the steering wheel does not shake much but you can feel it vibrating just the same.....had new tires put on and balanced for the 2nd...

A vibration such as you are talking about could be caused by more then one thing. First it could be caused by a broken belt in one of your tires. I could also be caused by a bent rim, a warped rotter, or a bad cv joint. I hope this helps you solve your problem.

Vibration at >60 mph

Did you solve the problem. I have the same problem. At 60 mph when I step on the gas until 70 mph it vibrates much. When I lift my foot from pedal there is no vibration.
