When driving there is a noise coming from the engine . It's as if my cars manifold is leaving . I asked someone to close the back of my cars exhaust and I checked if there's any leak but there was no leak at all . and another thing when I drive down the hill and I don't accelerate the moment i accelerate the car smoke at the exhaust and after a while the smoke stops . and that's why I suspect a faulty exhaust sensor

Defiantly check your timing belt first, there is a little hole on the side of the timing belt cover pop off the plug of the hole and have someone crank it for a second if the camshaft pulley does NOT move then it is definite. but if it does check to see if your getting gas, the gas pumps have known to go out quite often in this vehicle
SOURCE: 95 escort smoke from vents vibration when accelerating why??
The smoke you could be seeing may be steam, your heater inside the vehicle may have a leak and causing steam to rise out of the vents, if you are smelling the steam this is what I suspect.
Engine vibration could be a number of things, check the engine mounts to start, one of them is probably broken.
SOURCE: Blue Smoke .... Faulty PCV ???
does the engine idle smoothly? is the service engine soon light on? the engine is running rich causing the blue smoke.it could be pcv valve but unlikely
if you replaced the manifold because it was cracked the look for a plugged cat convertor..the cracked manifold was probably letting the exhaust escape..now it builds too much back pressure
