Where is the factory amp on a 2007 saturn outlook?

It appears to be a known issue on Saturn. Some say the alarm, some say the button. According to this, disconnecting the battery for a few hours will fix it.

You can also try pulling the Body Control Module fuse first.

Which circuit are you looking for? the few circuit breakers this vehicle has are auto-reset and the rest are simple fuses that blow if overloaded. None are manual reset type like a household type circuit breaker.

Have the HVAC system scanned. Could be low freon, bad high pressure switch, fuse, or compressor. Throw a set of gauges on it. this tells a lot.

If a factory cap does not work ,, it has to be something else
some caps have a replaceable o ring.
There are many things that can cause the light to come on,

the lock actuator may have failed remove the inner panel and see if theres power going to the actuator

I have an Outlook that was burning through bulbs. The best way to change it, is to remove the inner fender well and it gives you easy access to the rear of the headlight assembly. It takes about 2 min and no skinny hands required.

the fuse for the front lighter is located under hood in fuse box it is labled AUX PWR and is a yellow 20 amp. The second power outlet/cig lighter is also in this box and is labled PWR OUTLET and is a grey 25 amp fuse.

I agree with the other fae90. Tried to remove the light assy, then I read his post and did it inside 20 minutes. Took me longer to put it all back again
