2007 fan blower only works on high - 2007 Dodge Nitro SLT

WELL IT UNSCREWS AND COMES OFF.
MY GUESS IS, NO TO FIND IT. IS THE QUESTION.?
BLOWER FAILS ON HIGH OR NOT? IS FIRST.
FAILS ALL SPEEDS IT IS NOT THIS RESITOR BLOCKS FAULT
2007 Chevrolet HHR?????
CARS COME WITH 2 KINDS OF HVAC.
MANUAL OR CLIMATE CONTROLS. (FANCY)
AS SHAME REALLY POSTING HUNT
AND NOT SAYING BLOWER FAILS ON HIGH, AND MUST NOT.
ON HIGH THE BLOWER MOTOR DC, PIN MINUS IS GROUNDED
SOLID, AND MUST BLOW EVEN WITH RESISTOR MISSING!
SEE HOW THAT WORKS THE SERVICE MANUAL COVERS ALL THIS ,READ IT?

LETS SAY HIGH FAILS. (THE HARDER JOB.)
THAT MEANS HVAC RELAY BLOWN
OR BCM3 FUSE BLOWN, 30AMPS.
OR BCM IS NOT HAPPY, SCAN THE CARS OBD2 PORT AND IT TELLS YOU WHY BCM IS NOT HAPPY IT WILL ,SO WHY NOT.?
ONE MORE OF MANY FAILURE MODES
SAY BLOWER FAILS ONLY ON LOW. OR ANY LOW SPEED.
THE RESISTOR IS BAD.
THE BLOWER MOTOR FAN MUST BLOW ON TO THE RESISTOR OR IT BURNS UP.
SO IS LOCATED ON ALL CARS RIGHT THERE.
AT THE FAN. BLADE OUTPUT PORTS.

heater blower motor resistor is defective....the resistor is not used when the fan switch is on high. Resistor requires replacement

Fan motor resistor broken. High fan circuit has no resistor so it still works.

If the other speeds work, the blower motor resistor would need to be changed. It controls the speed of the fan as you move from on speed to the next. It is an inexpensive fix and only 2 screws.

Hi, each fan or blower have switch to work on high and low blowing air. Check your blower switch first.

You sometimes have to put something between the cage and the motor and tap on the shaft. Often times the cage breaks apart.
Soaking the shaft with WD40 or other product may help break it loose.

the resistor block mounted on the fan assembly ,located under the right dash is open.that will give only a high speed fan.check the fuse for the horn,and apply power directly to the horn and see if it works.you can also put a test light on the horn and see if it lights when the horn switch is depressed.if none of those work,the horn switch in the steering wheel is no good.

The blower resistor has failed.It is located right next to the fan blower motor. It is located passenger side under dash.Check the pigtails to make sure no wires appear damaged.
