I removed the tensioner pulley yesterday. Before removing I found the correct answer on Lexusclub; the tensioner pulley should be turned CLOCKWISE for removal.
The idler pulley bolt can be removed as any normal bolt, by turning counterclockwise
Shouldn't need to remove. Bolt on side that adjusts tension. Release tension buy turning bolt counterclockwise . Tensioner should move toward engine and release belt.
