Flooding out how can i fix it - 2000 Chevrolet Blazer

Bad coolant temp sensor--makes ECU think engine is still cold so sends too long injector pulse flooding engine. Very common, and easy fix.

Unlikely it's flooded, but I did have a similar problem with my car, and replacing the temperature sensor fixed it.

I'd stay away from this one- especially if the engine was flooded, and double especially if the engine was running when it was flooded. The engine could need to be completely replaced, likely a lot of the electrical system, the interior- seats, carpets, etc.

if you havent figured it out replace the o ring on the bottom of the injector mine had the same problem and thats what fixed it

If he knows a lot about cars, he should know that you dont/cant fix a Bent Rod. Unless its a real nice car (flooded?) its not any more, its not worth fixing the engine. You need a new engine, or a used engine. .

most flood cars are trouble,the newer cars have so much electronics you normaly have trouble for a long time,it is hard to ever fix one and keep it fixed,good luck

IN SOME MODELS THERE ARE BUT EVEN SO SOME TIMES THEY GET DAMAGE THE PRICE ON A COMP.IS APROX 300USDLL AND YOU CAN BUY IT FROM A HONDA DEALER

Hold the throttle all the way to the floor crank until it runs, with the pedal all the way to the floor this puts the car into Clear flood mode.

check the Main Fuel Relay located by the fuse panel, I replaced mine and it solved the starting problem

Car won't flood because of the TPS. But it will if the "fuel pressure regulator" is out of range (vacuum line is off?). The TPS is part of the throttle body.
