Sounds like a failing or dirty switch. I had a car that did that and it turned out that the wiring harness connection to the switch housing had worked loose making a partial connection.

in the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side. it could also be in the fuse/relay panel under the hood. you don`t give the year make model of this car, so it makes it harder to let you know where it could be. the window/door lock could be a fuse or the wiring between the body of the car and the door where it opens and closes could be broken and needs repair.
ck the wire harness in the drivers door jam ,you will have to pull back the rubber boot sometimes the wires brake there from repeted open and closeing of the door,if there ok ck. for power at the motor when operating the switch
Chances are its a door switch or the wiring close to it. the wires bend every time you open and close the door. Check for that but if your dead set on a relay. look under the hood you should find a relay panel on the left(drivers side) finder well. On the cover of the panel box will be a listing and placement for all the relays
well being that the power mirror and window both get power from the same source aka one lead wire i would check to make sure the wire is not damaged from door opening and closing ect. also there is a fuse somewere for power windows but typically bothh would not work if fuse issue howerver check your power window relay if that is not the issue either a wire came out of the fuse box for driver side door power and or the wire is damaged
Hi there .
Check the horn relay . There's a fuse box under the stering wheel and another fuse box when you open the hood , on driver side .
You have the horn relay there and if I can remember you have more fuses there .
