The relay is in the fuse board inside the vehicle, behind a panel at knee height on the driver's side. Try this website for a diagram and a list of the relays.
Go to ford owners.Com and download the latest version of the owners manual then go to roadside emergencies and your fuse box diagrams and fuse values are there and the relays location also you can keep this on your phone / computer and then you can print out stuff when you need it
Under-hood Fuse/Relay Box fuse number 47 is the Horn as well as for the ABS control unit, Brake lights, Cruise control unit,Horn relay, Ignition key light, Key interlock switch (A/T), PCM or ECM. So, no way you can pull the fuse. What you can do is to pull and replace your Horn Relay. the horns are located in front under the hood beneath a cover. You may find a sparw fuse inside the fuse box but look at the sparw for its compatibility with the used one.
The horn fuse for this 2002 ford f150 is located in the engine compartment fuse/relay box , heres a diagram of that box , i circled the fuse for the horn, it is in location f1.7. hope this is helpful. also you may want to check the horn relay thats also located in the same box and i circled that also. have a good day.
