imasuming you mean the check engine light is on. if so go to an auto parts store that reads your codes for free. like auto zone or advanced auto.etc you need to find out the details of that code or codes. this will help you narrow down your trouble shooting.
if you cant drive it there here is one small thing you can do disconect the pig tail from the mass air flow see if it runs any better. it will still be ruff. if the engine is running now plug it back up if the engine gets worse and dies thats your most likely problem the mass air flow. you might have to do it a couple of times . this was just one way to trouble shoot one posability . thats why you need the cone and a print out of trouble shooting for the codes

Suggestion: While the light is still on, get the codes from the ECU at your local parts house. e.g. Autozone, Advanced Auto etc. This is a free service and may tell you exactly what is amiss!

Go and buy a VSV for CCV. That should fix your problem
