2.4 LITER DOHC NO SPARK i tested for spark and found none tested for voltage at the coil with meter center feed wire has 12vdc and the 2 coil pulse wires one for cylinder 1&4 and one for cylinders 2&3 both have sync pulse tested with led neg at 12vdc battery and pos at coil when cranked over the led lights as the pulse from the control module sent from the crank position sensor triggers the coil pack I HAVE NO SPARK, I HAVE REPLACED THE COIL PACK WITH A NEW ONE TWICE STILL NO SPARK, FUEL PUMP IS PUMPING AT HIGH PSI, INJECTORS AR POERWERED AND FIRING, PULLED PLUGS REPLACED AND WIRES REPLACED STILL NO SPARK PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I AM 7 DAYS AWAY FROM BEING HOMELESS AND MUST HAVE MY CAR FOR US TO HAVE ANY HOPE THANK YOU
Try using one of the old plugs and connect it to #1 and a good ground then try starting to visually confirm if spark is/is not present. Its much easier to see the spark in the dark. If you get a spark the problem is not electrical and could be a bad ground between the plug and the block, rarely happens, but not unheard of.
Testimonial: "I have removed the plugs and grounded to the neg terminal of the battery cranked motor and no spark, how do i test ground to block multimeter testing resistance between battery neg terminal and block>"
You can do that, but try testing between neg and probe the spark hole in case its leaking oil past the plug. The fact you have no spark indicates there is a really high resistance between the plug and the coil, ther are specs for each plug wire have you checked each one for high readings? Could also be a bad cam/crank esnsor if one is bad it won;t fire the plugs, since the computer gets no reading from the sensor.
tested ground between block and neg terminal of battery 0 ohms good ground

Its the crank shaft position sensor. This happened to my 2000 stratus
