2.9 to 3.9 bar at 3000 rpm is fairly general for the Nissan range including turbo diesel, though the pressure isn't listed for the td27 engine. I doubt it would be more or less than the others.
I notice one Nissan commercial vehicle engine where 3.0 bar at 2000 rpm is specified.

The oil pressure test should be carried out at normal operating temperature.

My 2005 nissan titan oil pressure gauge just jumped to high. I turned the motor off and turned the key on without starting the motor and it went to normal. Soon as I starred the motor, it jumped right back...

When you say it was "normal" with the engine off and the key on, do you mean normal as 40-50 psi, or normal, as 0 psi since the engine was off and there should be no oil pressure? This is important because if you are reading 40-50 psi with the engine off, it is not surprising that the gauge goes "too high" once you start the engine. If the gauge is at 40-50 psi with the engine off and the key on, then there is a problem with the gauge or the sensor. It is not an overpressure issue. As long as the engine seems to be running normally otherwise and is not clacking internally or other such things that would indicate oil pressure issues, I would feel safe using the vehicle until I could have the oil pressure circuit diagnosed and repaired.

Sounds like an electrical problem, make sure the ground leads to the engine are good and the battery terminals are clean. It might just be a bad connection in the wiring harness try jiggling the connections to see if it makes the gauges jump when it is running.

95 jeep wrangler: gauge indicates 0 oil pressure

Wire on oil sending unit may have fallen off or sensor itself may have gone bad. Check both. If engine has no tapping noises, likely it's not a pressure problem.
