1999 Nissan Quest GXE All auto door locks work from all locations, except right front door only opens manually. Can anybody help ?

Where is the ecm located on a 93 nissan quest gxe minivan

if it is like my Quest 1999 model it is behind the glovebox. need to open glovebox and carefully move stop tabs a little to go around frame and will drop glovebox down. the box behind this is the ecm.

you need to remove door trim panel for access. Ford has one but you will have to paint it. buy a psray can of paint at an auto astore. paint code on your driver door opening sticker.
quest & villager are same van, built at same plant by Ford, Nissan powertrain.

1996 Nissan Quest GXE model. Bleeded brakes. No parts replaced. Brake works normally. No drag. With ABS. Now, right rear wheel and left front wheel locks. left rear wheel and right front wheel turns...

you need to first adjust rear brakes per TSB in our file, 98-14=4 I think. (If you replaced or adjusted rear brakes)

Then bleed again, but you may need to loosen the pressure valve on the master cylinder, or apply very hard pressure on the dowm stroke with the front bleeder on the claiper open just slightly. You have to overcome the the valve spring in it as it is deisgned to send pressure to the rears before the fronts to allow the rears to engage at the same time as the fronts. It takes higher pressure on bleeding to over come.

1994 Nissan Quest rear door [ manual ] will not latch closed.

Try adjusting the lower latch located on the floor (where the door locks) by loosing the 2 star shaped bolts and moving it a BIT (1mm or 2mm) forward and tightening them again.

1993 QUEST GXE SEATBELT Automatic driver side seatbelt not working.

they have a module in the center dash area adn there is a limit switch at each end of belt travel. Kind of like garage door opener.

check fuses & relays first.

Sliding door handle replacement

Okay, Part number 82606-2Z50A was my part number for a 1999 Nissan Quest. $38.00

It comes unpainted. I got silver dupli-color spray from Auto store and it matches really well. Wife couldn't tell the difference really, except for the shine. I may buy a clear coat.

Two bolts inside the door and the handle comes off.

you have to remmove the intake and it is on what looks like a bracket that bolts to both heads is the knock sensor

SOURCE: Speed sensor location on a Nissan Maxima 2000 GXE...

There are two speed sensors one is called a revolution sensor that is located on the case of the transmission. You can take the driver side wheel off and see the sensor on the top of the case of the transmission. A 10mm bolt is holding it in. Easy fix
