SOURCE: 04 stratus blower not working

You might have an interconnection problem. I hate these problems, they can be really tough. I had something similar that turned out to be a bad ground connection, but you said that "Relay in box under hood is good and has 12.5 volts going to 1 post"... well OK, good, but then you said "switched the Relays around and everything else worked fine"... well OK, but if it didn't work fine before, you may have a bad relay or maybe a bad connection, so swap them back and see what happens to help isolate the problem. You also said "Ran hot to fan and it works", well in that case, it's not a ground connection at the fan, but still could be further back. It could be bad relay. Good luck to you on that one... as I said... I really hate these kinds of problems. Try to get hold of a wiring diagram if you haven't already. This problem is going to take some patience, but you’ll find it.

SOURCE: I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan with a 3.3L it wont

Yes they do but I would rather think you have a bad battery cabe connection to the system, sometimes the battery cable corrudes and you can't see it try replacing the cable ends and the connector ends espically if they are by the battery.

SOURCE: 2003 dodge caravan won't start

My 2003 dodge caravan would not start after driving about 1/2 hour. I stopped for coffee and when got back in to start it started I switched gears and it stalled. I tried to start again switched gears then it started but only for 2 sec. No clicking, no cranking sound just would not start but battery functions were great. Spent 2 days with a mechanic who could not resolve so sent to Dodge. After a day of putting wires back and checking out the problem they said it was the computer. Said that it was bad and could be replaced at no charge due to malfunction. Yes, it worked fine afterwards no more problems. They also said that some of the computers are found to be defective like this one so I hope this helps you in the right choice to have the dealer check it out if you are unable to get a computer reading and there is no obvious short in the system. Free sounded very good but as you know there is no such thing as really free as they got me for other things $350 worth. ouch!

2003 Pontiac Montana starter solenoid or relay location?

What exactly does it do when you turn the Key? Are there any dashboard lights staying on that normally go out when you turn the key to position 2?
Does it do absolutely 'Nothing' with the dash lights staying on? Does it do nothing but the dash lights go off?
Dash lights go off and you get a 'Clunk' noise?
Absolutely nothing suggests security system or the actual ignition key/barrel. This often has a light on the dash shaped like a key. Nothing but the lights go off could be the starter solenoid. Lights of and a 'clunk' could possibly be the starter itself.
The solenoid will be bolted directly to the starter motor. It's the smaller barrel shaped section on the side of the actual starter motor.

Where is the ignition switch located on a 2003 dodge stratus ,is it the left middle our right one

Not likely to cause the switch to "blow". are you looking for the ignition fuse or relay- they're under the dash or under the hood in the fuse/power distribution box!

2002 DODGE RAM 2500 nothing happens when turn the ignition key on, no lights in dash or starter engagement. Batteries are good, truck just died when this happened.

Sounds like the Automatic Shutdown Relay. ASD relay is under the hood. Fuse blew out, or the relay has failed. Look for fuses that are bad. Should be an easy fix.

2003 stratus has a new starter ,charged battery but will not crank

Check the fuse, relay? When you turn the Key on, do you see a security light and it goes out. Dodges will kill the starter after 3 unsuccessful security fails. If all that is good, you will need to start checking wires and the ignition switch. You'll need a volt/ohm meter.

2003 chevy s-10 wont even turn over? ran fine this afternoon. parked it, came out tonight, and it doesn't even crank over. Nothing!

You need to find someone who knows how to test the electrical circuits , check the battery , battery connections ! Do the headlamps light ? or they bright ? Does the dash light up when you turn the key on ? Without testing we would only be guessing , could be a lot of different thing's .The clicking sound is probably the starter relay . The starter could be bad , wiring problems , main battery feed cable to the starter . Testing is the only way of finding what's wrong, not guessing .
Starter Voltage Drop

Looking at a wiring diagram to see what all is involved for the starter to work . Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on engine ,then under subsystem click on starting . Click search button . then blue link . Does the vehicle have manual or automatic transmission ?
Do you know what a relay is and how it works ?
In this video he shows horn relay but the starter relay works the same way . Starter relay located in the under hood fuse box .
VEHICLE RELAYS Operation Diagnosis

Learning how it works then learning how to test electrical circuits is how we fix automotive electrical problems , not guessing an replacings parts .

Have a 2004 Dodge Stratus 2.7 just replaced the starter with a new one and still wont start. All the lights and everything lights up on dash but the Car wont crank up! All wires are hooked up to the...

I'm guessing that it isn't even turning over. There are a couple of things you can check. Both are in the power distribution box under the hood of the vehicle (see picture below). Also below is a picture of the fuse and relay layout. There is one fuse directly related to the starter relay (number 8 marked with a red arrow) and also the starter relay itself (also marked with a red arrow). I hope this helps.
