There is no relay on the 2006 models. The flasher signal comes from the multifunction control unit behind the under dash fuse box

Vw polo classic 1.6 indicators are not reflecting but when I press mobilize it works what could be wrong?

I have had some issues with that era of golf and polo , the unit that goes over the steering column that holds the control levers for the indicators and headlights etc is normally the culprit. I would start there ... Ofcourse after checking for blown fuses and if the flasher unit checks out okay.

There is no such relay. It is derived from the ECU.
Check for a bad earth or damage to the loom feeding the light cluster.

Firstly change the relay.If the Indicators are on when switched off you have a wiring problem.
