What is the year, make, and model of the car you are having problems with, please?

Mostly all newer model cars use an "in-tank" electrical fuel pump, while the older models used a mechanical fuel pump run by the car's engine. To replace the modern electrically operated fuel pump requires draining the gas tank and removing it to acces the fuel pump. To test this style pump to see if it is working properly is to place a fuel pressure gauge on it- what was your pressure reading? Something to consider, Is it possible that the replacement fuel pump is defective? When you replaced the filter, what was its condition? Is it possible that you have plugged lines or clogged fuel injectors?

1993 Nissan Pathfinder fuel-pump not getting power despite changing fuses. Problem has happened before & mechanic who repaired that said he just changed fuses & that solved the problem. Please help

If it is blowing fuses, it has not been 'fixed'-the fuel pump is drawing more current than the circuit was designed to handle, pointing to two possiblilties, either a fault in the wiring harness to the pump, or the pump itself is drawing too much current duo to wear possibly overheating due to running the tank low-gas 'cools' the fuel pump so running a tank low is often fatal to a fuel pump, especially an older one. You might try switching the fuel pump relay with one that is not used as much (like an ABS or horn relay) to see if it makes any difference, but you probably will need to plan a fuel pump replacement in the near future.

WILL START DRIVE A FEW BLOCKS , THEN SIT 5 MIN GO TO START AND WILL ONLY CRANK CHECK FUEL FUSE SOMETIMES BLOWN OTHER TIMES NOT HIT TANK THEN MAY START , MIGHT TURN OFF AND THEN MAY BLOW FUSE, REPLACE FUSE...

for 1 fuse blown evry so often then you must have a short somewhere, the fact that it will crank and not start is most likely ur fuel pump , had the same issue with getting fuel to start or keep car running, possible that short could be by the fuel pump, the fuel pump is located under the rear seat and if im not mistaken it is on the drivers side rear

My car want get any fule iput a new fule pump still no fule istraight wired it and got fule but no fire is there a sensor that would cause it to loose power to the fulepump and cause it not to get fire

Check out your fuel pump main relay and fuse. Often the relay that controls the main fuel pump is also the one the supplies voltage to the coils.

I have a peugeot 206 1.4 hdi 2004 getig no fule to injectors is ther a fule pump in boot .do they have a fule cut off button

You can check the pump anyway, turn the key in ignition so dash lights come on, you should hear the pump come on for a few seconds. This sounds silly but have you also checked the fuse, also have you had the fuel filter changed? I am guessing there is fuel in the tank??...lol.

Gass is not going in to intake

Souds like you need to replace the SPI unit (the spider). Also make sure you have the proper fuel pressure, otherwise it will not open the poppets on the SPI unit. I think Min pressure is 60 psi.

Fule pump is brand new and is not geting power to it i tested with lighttester to plug and i get red glow

Check the fuse panel(s) first and be sure there are no blown fuses. After that, look into the fuel pump relay - if it dies, you'll get no power to the pump. You can replace it for a few dollars with a new one.
