Check the voltage at the battery. It should be in the 12.5+ volt range. Check your connections also to be sure they are clean and tight. A quick check to see if there is enough juice to crank the engine over is to turn the ignition switch to start and at the same time honk the horn. If the horn blows and the starter does not crank, you probably have a bad starter.
The starter is located on the radiator side of the engine block and is held to the transaxle by 2 bolts. Follow the positive cable to the starter. Hope this helps;

shoot some starting fluid in the air intake and try to start again. If it starts you have a fuel problem. If still no start could be an ignition problem.

there is no adjustment that can be made. You will have to have your iac motor checked it is attached to the side of the throttle body (idle air control).it is operated by the PCM. The PCM adjusts engine idle speed through the idle air control motor to compensate for load on the engine, or changes in coolant temperature or barometric pressure.
