Hi, Here's another source of troubleshooting information:
http://www.silveradosierra.com/electrical/2003-silverado-wont-crank-t18318.html
Cut and paste that into your web browser, if clicking on the link doesn't get you there. This gentleman located his problem by confirming the Start Relay in the Fuse Box under the hood was working (clicking, this confirms the PCM is good also) when he turned the ignition key to start his truck. He observed slight sparking and arcing between the Starter Solenoid and the Starter connections and determined them to be corroded and the source of the trouble, resulting in the intermittent starting conditions happening. Once again, Good Luck.

I have a 95 Dodge stratus..2.4 L. The past week it was having trouble starting. After turning key off then on..3..sometimes 4.. it would start right up. Next morning had to do same thing. Yesterday I took...

Yes, it has to do with the ignition switch. but just as possible could be a battery connection from the battery to the switch. So, sometimes turning key to ON causes no dash lights or warning lights to come on?
That sounds like a bad switch, or more likely, a bad battery connection or a bad connection between the battery and the switch. First thing to do is check the charge of the battery, it must register at least 12 volts. 12.6 volts is the ideal for a good and fully charged battery. Clean and tighten all battery connections.

Sometimes when you have a poor connection, from looseness to corrosion, and you turn key and see all warning lights and gauges come on, and then turn key to start and everything goes black...that can happen because the power surge causes the bad connection to come apart. So check for loose or corroded connections.

New battery In mercedes no power

I'm not a car mechanic, but, it sounds like you might want to check the fuse to the ignition switch, and, if that fails, it might be a problem with the Start Safety Switch on the transmission. Good luck.

Car won't start

A mechanic would check for voltage at the starter, the neutral safety switch, and the key switch. Also check the ground connections.

When I turn the key in the ignition, nothing

It could be a bad ignition switch, do you have instrument panel warning lights when you try to start it?

Battery is good, no lights, no nothing when key is

May be ignition switch and/or neutral safety switch (IF equipped with one). Brake light switch and neutral switch may be working in union. Sww if you can see it under the wheel on the column and tell if you can adjust it first before replacing.
