Clean your battery post use a battery maintenance kit has a green
and red filter ring also have your battery tested in cold conditions if a battery is weak that's when it's more noticeable.thats why you see CCA on battery's they are tested cold to determine cold cranking amps.

2007 Chrysler Pacifica. The service immobilizer light came on and car won't start. The car won't start at all due to this?

Question edited to add some real sentences.
Question moved to model category.

Not sure what you mean you "got a key programmed already". The key and the vehicle need programming together at the same time using a professional grade scan tool computer.

You need to reset the immobilizer and security system. There are details here. Do you have a voltmeter? If the battery is below 11 volts, the security systems will fail. If the ideas here don't work, you need an auto electrician or an auto locksmith to diagnose and fix. Looking at the wires on the PCM won't help much. The PCM is the Powertrain Control Module, your antitheft and immobilizer is a joint effort between Body Control Module, Engine Control Module and Antitheft Security Module.

2004 chrysler pacifica will not start when outside tempeture is below 20%

Take vehicle to Autozone or Advane Auto and have the charging system checked for free. Batteries have 2 capacities. CA, cranking amps, warm weather and CCA, cold cranking amps, cold weather. Suspect new battery required.

Truck will not start.

Jason, please check for a kill switch, battery power left in the battery, and check your battery TERMINALS, THEY become corroded and fail to work in bad weather! There are several things that few people know about starting cars in cold weather. 1. Check your battery to make sure it is not rusted, leaking, and has a charge 2. Jump start your battery with another car, even if you believe the battery is good, this often times will still start your car. 3. If your engine is cold, and you have an older car, ensure to get your fuel lines to the engine flushed or have fuel injection service performed 4. The engine tends to warp the same way wood does during the extreme cold, do not be afraid to continue trying to warm up the engine by constant cranks with it is cold out. Your not going to hurt the car, the worse that could happen is too much fuel will enter the carborator and cause flooding in the system to occur. Wait 20 minutes if this happens and start to crank again 5. Bad spark plugs are a major reason why many cars take a very long time to start 6. Please have your spark plugs removed and exchanged for new ones. Over time, spark plugs become fowled and prevent the car from starting even thou you hear cranking!!!

2004 PACIFICA WONT START SERVICE IMMOBILIZER LIGHT ON VEHICLE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING

OK, if the vehicle won't start and the service immobilizer light is on then I would definitely take it to the dealer in order to have the key programmed to the computer, again.

Did the battery go dead lately? Is there a code associated with it not starting, as in the immobilizer function lamp?

or the key is not programmed to the ecm?

P0633 Immobilizer Key Not Programmed ECM/PCM
This is just a possibility to look into.

2004 pacifica service immobilizer message on. Car will not start using both sets of keys. Please help!!!

There is a little black plug under the steering wheel near the center console. That little plug is the immobilizer I believe. If it is loose or missing, the car will not do anything, hopefully yours is laying in the floorboard somewhere!
