Your vehicle fuel pump is controlled by fuel pump flow control module . Given where they place these modules I'd say you don't have a fuse problem . These modules go out all the time . It is located under the vehicle near the fuel tank . You can check these two fuse's , ERLS 15amp an FSCM 20 amp .Both are located in the under hood fuse box .
