I would first check that the battery terminals are clean. Disconnect the battery terminals starting with the negative wire first, clean and inspect both terminals and reconnect them starting with the positive side first. This will also reset the on board computer system. If the problem persists I would have the battery tested at a local auto parts store. If everything is good with the battery, check the horn relay, unplug it and inspect the connectors to see that they are clean and free of corrosion. Check if the dome light is coming on when the horn blows, if so it maybe a security system problem. Log the time and weather conditions when the horn starts blowing, winter time is wet or damp and can be causing a short during those times. This also may help if you end up at a dealer for repair. The last thing would be pulling the steering wheel horn assembly and checking for loose connection or worn wiring, if you have little mechanical back ground I would recommend taking to a dealer or certified mechanic, you don't want to set off the airbag!
Often times the problem is a weak horn relay or a weak horn pad on the steering wheel. You can remove the horn relay or fuse to prevent the horn from blowing until the problem is fixed.
