It is safe to drive. You need a scan tool to get a code out of it. Could be as simple as a wheel speed sensor going bad. All of these lights will work together normally. The traction control uses the ABS to gain traction, and the Brake Assist System is part of the stability control. Also uses the ABS.

There are a few items to check.
1) Brake fluid level
2) Brake pads
3) Wheel sensors and wiring (these send data to ABS and traction control)

If all the braking system seems to be fine then I would guess a wheel sensor is faulty which would make the warning lights come on.

If it is constantly lit when engine is running, this means that traction control system is off. If the light flashes during driving, it means the loss of traction at the wheels, and traction control system is operating- decreasing engine torque to stop exessive wheelspin.
