It sat for acouple days then fired up and ran. now it happened today lots of fire power but wont start.
Please define "fire power". Is this just the power from the battery swinging the engine, or did you check if there is a healthy spark on the plug wires? If an engine dies without warning, the chances are very good it is the crank angle sensor in which case there will not be any spark on the wires even though the starter will swing the engine quite lustily without starting.

check your throtle position sensor, it controls the mixture of the fuel if it's bad and stuck shut your car wont start

check the wiring under steering column. i had the same problem and thought it was a fuel pump. it ended up being a blown fuse because of some wires that were pulling out of a white wiring harness. it has about 8 wires or so on it and it plugs in to the harness for the column.

Check your fusible links; these are small wires molded into the middle of a bigger wire they are usually located up by the battery cables. When they burn they become discolored and softly flexible. Also check your relays too.
