I have tried disconnecting the battery to try default the computer but to no avail ive checked most vac and air hoses but I cant find anything either any help would be greatly appreciated
If the engine dies at a stop or when you have the foot on the brakes, it will be a brake booster problem. If the engine dies at idle with just the hand brake on the problem may be electronic
Use the correct method to scan the fault codes as all disconnecting the battery is likely to do is energize the immobiliser and then it will not start at all
Testimonial: "thanks man, there is one unusual thing is that the car runs better with the battery disconnected"
therer is a haevy draw ojn the alternator when running as it supplies power to all the car as well as charge the battery. If the battery is faulty ( short in a cell) most of the current will be feeding that short and depriving the electronics of the correct operating current. It is bad practice to remove a battery terminal while running as it damages the alternator but in yoir case it appears that without the battery the alternator is delivering full power for the electronics.
Have a load test done on the battery to check if it is faulty.check that all terminals are shiny clean and tight.
Legend mate thank you
