P 0733 code what does that mean

code p 0733 refers to gear 3--incorrect ratio===causes ---wiring---TR sensor /switch---shift solenoids---transmission mechanical fault
most likely a solenoid problem that is failing when it is hot
code p 0113 refers to intake air temp(AT) sensor---circuit malfunction====causes ---wiring open circuit / short to ground ---wiring short to ground ---ground wire defective --IAT sensor ---ECM

code p0733 refers to gear 3 --incorrect ratio===causes --wiring--TR sensor/switch--shift solenoids--transmission mechanical fault
As the transmission is automatic the ratios cannot alter so check the electronics of the box, TR sensor, TCM unit and problems in the wiring

I suspect that the code should be p 0733
that is gear ratio 3 incorrect
some problems that trigger the code are
defective 3rd gear shift solenoid
defective 3rd gear related gear set or clutch pack
defective engine coolant temperature sensor unit
defective valve body
dirty transmission fluid that restricts the hydraulic passages
not knowing the repair history , if the torque converter was not replaced in the overhaul then there could be rubbish in it that is now in the box
the coolant temp sensor also reads excessive heat generated by the transmission oil cooler or the connection could be excessive oil temp reading
first thing to check is the wiring and harness connections as a connection not properly fitted may be the problem
it would help if you gave a history of the problem in the 14 miles --not shifting , slipping etc

No,You need a rebuilt or new transmission,I see this in alot of Jeeps,Even if you maintained the transmission fluid and drove carefully,the transmission itself is a problems.

What do u mean by spark knock? Missfire? Temp gauge not working could be a few things, sender fault, no water, gauge fault or wiring. Check u have water in it. Then find the sender and earth it out, gauge should go all the way up, if it does replace the temp sender, if not it's gauge or wiring. Let me know about the spark knock.. Not sure what u mean

the code you have given indicates that there is a problem in the fuel level sender circuit or you have a faulty fuel level sender

sounds like you need a transmission, with those incorrect gear ratio codes

unfortunatly these days codes can only be deleted by the dealers they have to be plugged in to a computer
