SOURCE: 2004 GMC Yukon Denali Awd humming sound in front of truck
The Denali's are really susceptible to front dif. wear and failure. Because it is AWD, the front dif is always working unlike a 4WD. GM, in order to lighten up the front end built the front dif in aluminum. If it was the same as the rear, it would be bullet proof, but much heavier. After about 80,000 miles it is common to have bearings failing. Remove the drain plug which happens to be magnetic. You may see more than just the normal fine filings. You will likely see larger chunks of metal some of which is not even magnetic but will drain out with the oil. You are likely looking at a $1500 rebuild. It will get much louder and run for a long time before it really goes south.

If you feel this rattle while driving at low speed or turning at low speed it is likely a worn out steering shaft coupler, it is very common.

SOURCE: Gas will not go in
You have an evap system that can check for leaks, and report to the system, as part of your emissions. Part of ths system is a vent soleniod. when this solenoid is bad, and stuck shut, the fuel tank can not vent, causing the fuel not to fill, or kick the pump handle off constantly, so The vent solenoid may be bad. Good luck...Coop

the grinding noise sounds like the axle shaft joints are no good and need replacing.also the wheel bearings could be so bad that they are causing this problem.i have seen where badly worn out brakes have made a grinding noise on turns.the tire squealing i don`t think is related to the grinding noise.check out the other things just in case it is changing the tire angle which could cause squealing.
