What does your radiator fill tank look like? When is the last time you changed radiator fluid? If you have an oil leak into the radiator, combination produces a jelly like substance that may be what blocks the screen. You may need a radiator flush and refill.

2002 Jeep Liberty 3.7. Replaced radiator, all new hoses, new thermostat, flushed heater core, removed all air. Still don't have heat. Hose are red hot in engine compartment.

If both hoses that go to the firewall are hot then you should be circulating coolant through the heater core. I would look to the temperature blend door in the heater box.

My 2002 Jeep Liberty 3.7 don't throw me heat only cold air

There is something called a blend door in the heater box. This door is what moves to change from cold air to warm air. The part is 86 dollars online. http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/products/JEEP/LIBERTY/ACTUATOR-Blend-Door-AC-and-Heater/4341513/05066519AA.html

Heater on 03 jeep liberty blows hot air only when motor is revved and cold air at traffic lights

oneor two things low coolant in radiator or poor flow through heater core . if motor is at normal running temp. and coolant full , then heater core needs flushed, check coolant in radiator first....

Heater in my 2002 jeep wont get hot unless going down the road and I have water in the floor on the pasenger side.

Sounds like you have a leak at the heater core and lack of heat usually means low water level in radiator. When engine is cold ,add some radiator "stop leak" top up the radiator, start the jeep but leave the cap off until the water is hot and you are sure radiator is full. Then tighten cap and drive or idle for about half hour or more. When you can afford it change out the heater core.

2002 jeep liberty has very little or no heat also overheats in warm weather changed water pump and thermostat also had system flushed

sounds like a head gasket problem. A minor leak there will pump compression into coolant and force it out of heater core. Any unusual steaming from tail pipe? Also: if radiator was flushed "in car" sometimes debris does not come out. Try flushing with it out of the vehicle. Jeep radiators are notoriously small for their application if not at at least 90% they will not work correctly.I'd look at the hg first though otherwise, your symptoms seem to be contradictory.
