If it has resistors they will be in the heater box next to the blower motor. The air flow is used to keep the resistors cool as they can overheat and burn out.

I cannot locate the fuse box on my 1994 chevy lumina, the my signal lights are not working

A fuse panel is in the glove compartment; remember that turn signal and hazard signals work with Flashers: the turn signal flasher is mounted in a clip on the right side of the steering column support bracket. The hazard flasher is located in the component center, under the instrument panel, on the right side.

Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one.

Hope this help (remember comment and rated this).

1997 Chevy K1500 heater only works on high

Good chance it's the resistor . Will be in circuit between switch and blower, usual locations are on ducting under dash on passenger side, or behind glove box. Locate wires coming from blower motor, and follow them back to resistor.

I have a primera p reg 2.0 diesel.Fan only works on 4.Been told it is the resistor pack.Is this really so and here is this foud/what does it look like.I have removed the glove box but not sure if I...

this solution is a little late, but if not already done here is how to fix. yes its the resistor pack, i just fixed this on my 97 sentra. you are looking in the right place, taking the glove box out is how you get at it.

to find the resistor pack you must locate the fan blower motor, its right behind the glove box near the passenger side footwell near the door. it is a big bulky looking cylinder. the resistor pack you are looking for should be to the left of the blower motor. it looks like a rectangle, the pack is held in by 2 phillips head screws. unscrew them and simply pull that piece out. it will look like a card at the back that will resemble a circuit board. once its out, replace with a new pack, screw the screws back in, put the glove box back and thats all. hardest part of the install is getting the glove box out, very easy to do took me 20 mins.

How can I change the heat blower resistor...?

Hello, and Welcome to FixYa.

To replace the resistor, first remove the lower black plastic trim under the glove box. Next, with a light, locate the resistor, which is on the side of the heater box. It will have 4 wires in a connector. The resistor is held on by 2 brass coloured phillips screws. Remove the connector, and remove the scrws. This is quite easy.

Location of the Heat resistor in a 2003 Chevy Malibu?

Under the glove box, behind the blower motor itself. Remove the shroud below glove box, 2 screws and a snap-pop fitting. Be careful of the courtesy light. Remove the blower moter and disconnect the purple/black power connector to it - - you'll need this extra room to work with. 2 more screws, same size, 6.5mm on mine, 7or 8mm on some others, that holds the blower motor resistor in place. This replacement part is less than 40 bones at most parts store. Unplug, replace, re-install, test and you're on your way with about 2 hours of slow paced effort in your own driveway. Typical cost at a garage - up to $400, what a sham.
