They are related, but only by the fuse panel for power. They could be related with the ground wires also. Grounds will cause other problems though. IE.. Lights, exterior and interior. but I wouldn't rule it out.
I don't see a power connection to the three components. The interior lights are on a 20 amp courtesy fuse, the cig lighter should be on a 30 amp ACC fuse, and the mirrors are probably powered thru the key on a different 30 amp ACC fuse. The only common factor would be a ground connector somewhere. If they all died at the same time, a ground problem would be my guess.
In the instrument panel fuse block there should be a fuse labeled RDO/INT LP. that is the radio and interior lamp fuse.
If you have a factory stereo with a factory amp there will also be a fuse labeled AMP in the same fuse lock.

Try checking both a; your fuses, and b; check your bulbs. You should have two fuse boxes, one under hood and one in or under the dash. Check those for bad, blown or weak fuses. And check your headlights bulbs for them being good and their connection. If this doesn't fix your problem, you may check out your highbeam switch.
sounds like you need to check some fuses does your radio and air control lights come on @ all or your interior lights when you open the doors you have two places that fuses are located one under the dash and the other in the engine compartment your user manual should show you where to locate them and you might see a diagram to see what fuses are for what components on the car my truck has a pannel on the driver side of the dash it is a triangle shape pannel that pops out so it can be tricky to locate the fuses some times
it is possible that it might be a blown fuse as the radio & interior lights may be on the same fuse, check the fuses to see if that is the problem......hope this helps......cheers.
The fuse you are looking for is located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. It will be in the number 8 position (see layout diagram below). That fuse covers both of the things you were looking for but also in the number 11 position is a separate fuse for just the radio. This should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you don't and would like a copy, you can email me at [email protected] with your make model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. Don't worry, no cost to you. I hope this helps and good luck.
if you got a spark when you touch it to the side (which is the ground) the wire is a power source that should go to the terminal at the back of the lighter. there is no relay for this circuit so change the new fuse it's blown and check for burnt wires.
