Yes, according to the owners manual, page 396, the aux fuse should be the one that powers the Auxiliary Outlets.
if you have already replaced the fuse & it still doesn't work recheck the new fuse to make sure that it hasn't blown also.
also check to see if you are using right amperage fuse.

Sometimes Chevy calls the power outlets "Cigar". This fuse is sometimes inside the driver's door on the left side of the dash, or under the hood in the Power Distribution Center (PDC). It won't hurt to take any fuses out to check them. Just make sure you don't take the ones with the yellow handles out. Those are for your air bags.
