I agree if the car is dual climate warmer on one side then the other. It will be the valve opening and closing the doors.

It's the dual climate control valve also known as DCCV. Very common problem with th LS. You are looking at $500 labor included to replace it. It is a real pain to DIY.

This sounds like you have a pcv hose that has become an open vacuum leak. It is located under the upper intake, or given the year your air filter box may not be correctly sealed and possibly have a mass air flow sensor concern. Any Check engine light or codes to work with ? I f you have further questions just leave a comment on my page,

easier said than done.
driver side is staight forward.
remove coil packs from blugs, then remove plugs.
passenger side needs intake removed to gain access to plugs
