The other 2 Experts sound like they know what they are talking about. What they are saying is this does not have to require a new seat motor or module relay. I owned a 3 Year old Pontiac which started shocking me and the door wires were at fault in the doorjam area. A Body shop would perform a service such as this because they change doors and rewire things when they replace a wrecked door. Also a Glass and trim shop routinely open door panels to install window controls, so they could do the job too.
Have you checked for broken wires in the door harness? This model has the switches on the door panel and the module under the seat. Wire harness passes through the door jamb in an accordian harness. Years of flexing causes wires to snap in two.
There are electric motors which control the forward, back, height, and angle of back of seat to the bottom of the seat. You cannot manually move the seat without using the switches on the side of the door, to the left, for the driver's side front seat.

No fuse. These seats are protected with relays and a seat module. The module is under the drivers seat. There are 3 connectors and it would be hard to check all these wires for power to the motors.First look under the seat and make sure none of the connectors came apart under the seat by something that might have been left or rolled under it.The 2 main ones you can check are the connector 2 terminal C and connector 3 terminal A.C is a black wire which is ground and A is a red wire which is the feed power wire.Connector 2 is green and 3 is black. If the ground and power wires are good then you could have a bad drivers seat module. What I would do is go to the salvage yard and find a used module to try.Good luck.

OK, I had the same problem with my 1990 Cadillac Deville. Had to go to a junk yard where they gave me the entire bolted on assembly. I got a 3/8" impact wrench and unbolted the belt buckle from the frame, and did the same to the one on the assembly they gave me. After that my buckle worked great. The color even matched the old one.
