ebay sells used FSM buy one cheap and then be DIY guy.

Go to Autozone.com and register your vehicle for free. Then you can get free wiring diagrams and fusebox layouts to find the fuse you are looking for.

Once you have removed the center console, you should be able to see the base of the hand brake. There should be a bold which you can adjust to tighten or loosen the cable. While at it take time to check for the condition of the cable. Check for wear and have it replaced. Adjustment of the handbrake may work for a while with a damage cable but may break when you least expected.

You may have a faulty sensor, most cases a wheel speed sensor, the light is on warning you that you do not have abs basically your car will stop like an old 70's model car before abs. abs atands for anti lock brakes, it keeps your brakes from locking up under extreme braking.
