Heater core is clogged or not enough coolant in system.First check coolant level. If low add some and take out fors test Drive. If level is fine then forest go to a shop that hasthe equiptment to flush out the heater core. If that doesn't work its gonna set you back a few bucks but the core had to be replaced. If this the route you choose then replace all hoses thermostat andRadiator cap. The waterppump replacement depends on whetherits defective, already done when other maintence was done on the vehicle. Usually if coolant is being replaced, transmission fluid and filterate done(if it's an sutomatic tranny) because coolant protect temp and viscosity of the oil. Hope your just low on coolant, cause anything else could be costly.
