There is a lot going on back there. It appears to have a rear body control module. You need an auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to look for issues or computer network connectibility with the module.
If a garage did the job, they should have cleared it, part of the job. If you did it, a code reader will clear the light. Other wise it will go off on it's own after so many start ups. Could be up to 50.

Switch off engine and it will reset as mine has done. Also my XF, got stuck in park and would not move with engine on. Remembered what I did with my first car ( Austin seven ruby) and got out and rocked the car front and back and the control knob just popped up. Am in Spain with my XF so am still worried about the sticking of the control knob problem.Have to get home at end of the month to UK and will wait until my return before contacting the [email protected]
