There can be a few things that can cause problems with blower motor, relay, electronic controller, speed resistor, I have found in the past that fan switch can cause problems where blower doesn't shut off, any one of the options I listed could cause you problems, good luck.

Replace Resistor on 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan?
Blower motor resistor?

Remove the glove box. It will have two connectors and two screws holding it in place remove the connectors and the screws, install the new one and you should be all set.

Blower fan on my 2005 dodge caravan squeaks on low and high speed not all the time but on and off. is this a sign my blower motor is going out or is the fan just dirty.
I would have a repair shop, put an oscilloscope
as well as a stethoscope
on the motor, to tell you the answer

Nothing to do with dirt

Most likely they never use their scope for that,
but that is were we are at with todays cars

Where is the frint a.c.blower located on 2005 dodge caravan.
The blower fan is located under the right side of the dash, there is a plastic panel that will need to be removed from under the glove box area to gain access to it. These vans had problems with the blower motor resistors causing the fan to operate on high only, if this is the problem, replace the resistor, not the blower

WHERE IS LOCATED BLOWER MOTOR IN DODGE GRAND
the blower motor is located in behind the glove box. lower the glove box door and look inside. to remove the blower motor you will have to remove the glove box door and the lower half or the instrument panel to gain access to the heating/air conditioning unit.

Front blower fuse. Under the hood drivers side fuse box. Back & front blowers have diff. fuses...Map on inside of cover for your model.

Does the blower only work on certain speeds? If so (usually only on high) you likely need to replace the blower resistor, which is in the pass. footwell area or behind the glove box.
