Have your codes read. Check the transmission fluid or have it checked. rotors don't make noises, they vibrate. Bearings make noises but they are continuous, can have vibration. Most likely in the transmission. Most likely the internal wiring harness. Just heat related..Have the codes read....
What you are describing could be the rotors. If they are wearing badly and affect the ABS then the vehicle is not going to run correctly because the abs tells the tcs that there is a problem. Have the brakes checked right away.
