Why dose ???? Why does my electric systems stall ? while I'am driving it shuts off an comes right back on ? Not electrical system , engine stalls , comes back on , on it's own or you have to turn the ignition switch to turn it back on ? Sounds like your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop.

Go under the hood and check for loose connections, something is loose that is for sure.

There is very likely a code being retained in the engine computer. If you are able go to your friendly auto parts store and ask for a complimentary scan for OBDII codes. Most Auto Parts stores will provide this service at no cost. From the scan you will be able with the advice from the parts store determine the most likely culprit for the stalling.

This is the best method for troubleshooting a 2008 vehicall.

You can try this Autocom tool to check the problem. And you can also enquire the technician on line for technical help.

Has the idle speed control system been tested with a scan tool? If not that is the 1st step in the diagnosis

Sounds like u are right due to the flapper mech. Hope this helps.
