Hi, I bought my 2nd-hand 2003 Pajero IO 1800cc which ran 133000km at the half year ago. The engine light was total turn on 4 times up to now. 1st time at 133,000 km, the engine light turned on suddenly during driving, the car was shaking heavily. And then I stopped and fired off the engine immediately. After 15mins, I have restarted the engine, the light was off and continued to drive back home. The next day I changed the engine oil, the problem seems to be solved. 2nd and 3th times at 137,000km, there was a same problem. But this time the problems could not be solved. The day after changed the engine oil, the engine light was on when I start the car. Later on, I asked a professional to check my car and clean the engine. After cleaning the engine, the problem seems to be solved again. 4th time at 138,000km yesterday, the engine light turned on suddenly during driving. At that time, my speed about 50km, but this time the car didn't shake heavily and I didn't fired off the car and keep driving. About 10mins later, the light was turned off itself, and I continue to drive back home. Do you have any suggestions about my engine light problem? Thanks!
