I'm not sure what you're definition of trunk latch is so let's cover all the bases.

The trunk latch mechanism is inside the trunk well. When you open the truck lid, look down, right in the middle of the back lip that you would have to lift things over to put them in the trunk. The latch mechanism is right there in the middle. While you are looking in the location, look just to the left as you are standing behind the vehicle, and you will see a handle kind of like the pull handle on the end of the cord for your walk behind mower. That is a glow in the dark, emergency pull release for the trunk latch. If you or a child ever got caught in the trunk for some reason, you can pull that handle to manually operate the trunk latch to allow you to open the trunk lid.

On your key FOB, you have a trunk release button as well. If you push that button twice within 5 seconds, the trunk latch will release. You also have a trunk release button to the left of the steering wheel. It's a round button with a picture of a car with an open trunk lid. You can push that to open the trunk lid as well. To use the button inside the car, or the one on the key FOB, the car must have the transmission in park. It will not release the trunk latch if the vehicle is in gear.

What fuse is the trunk release on a 06 dodge charger rt can not find it the manual

Power comes to the trunk release solenoid from the instrument cluster. The cluster receives the "open" signal from the trunk switch and then provides power to the solenoid inside the trunk latch. There is no separate fuse for this. It all comes through the Instrument cluster. Check for battery voltage on the yellow wire at the trunk latch when operating the switch. If you see battery voltage but the solenoid doesn't operate, check the ground connection which is located below the passenger side pillar.

I need to find the fuse for the trunk on a 2013 dodge charger

Could be solenoid , loose connection, unplugged, cut wires. Fuse is not the answer to everything. This is a very common common problem. Good luckh9klcl+sdyasaaaaaelftksuqmccaa== https://www.dodge.com/download/pdf/manuals/2013-Charger-OM-5th_R1.pdf?myyear=19

I have a 2006 Dodge Charger and the trunk release on the key fob and the button the dash will not open the trunk. Can you tell me waht could have happened.

Enter into the trunk space after folding the rear seatbacks down. Pull the yellow emergency trunk release handle that should be dangling right beside the area where the trunk latches to the car. This should get the trunk open so that you can expect the locking mechanics for damage: bent steel, something foreign stuck inside, bad cable, etc.
