I have a 2000 Mazda 121 metro with hold light flashing. It only comes on the first time I drive car each day, once I turn car off and start again after driving about 100 metres it goes away. If I don't turn car off it seems to not have proper power and is very very slow to pick up speed after stops ?? Pls help
I know this question is old but I recently encountered a similar problem with my 1995 323 BA and this may help someone else. Override the immobilizer by doing the following:
open the car via the drivers door put the key in the ignition turn the key to ACC now turn the key to ON repeat the last 2 steps X 12 quickly (ignore the indicators flashing and the central locking activating). the dashboard should be lighting up as normal. Now turn the key to START
