Is your hand brakes cable hold the rear brakes? If it does then the cable is rusted inside the cable housing causing the caliper to be holding the other side.. Replace hand brake cables. Or try to release the cable.
Yea pull the brake, if you can't get the rotor off you might need to cut the cable at the rear disk (has a drum inside for the parking brake................. no wheel cylinder) if you cut the cable and beat on the rotor a bit it should free up enough to get the rotor off and replace the cable.
HOWEVER, sometimes they use metallic brake shoes on the parking brake, and rarely the actual shoes can RUST to the drum, if this happend, you may have to beat, pry and force the rotor off. If you have to do that you can damage allot of internal parts, and maybe even end up having to replace the spindle ASSY on that side.
Thanks!I managed to take the rotors off ,now is a mess inside, everything is rusted, backing plates fall a part as well as the brake shoes.I got a new pair of brake shoes to replace them and I run in to an issue with the springs, there is two springs on the top to hold the shoes together and one on the bottom, which is pretty easy to put on,my problem is the two small springs that go on each side with something like a nail thru a whole on the shoe and that"nail" holds the small spring in place. The other thing is a piece of metal with a rectangle flat spring on one end and that sits in the middle between the two shoes, but I can't figure how to put it there. The new shoes didn't come with any springs or other parts.I couldn't find any video that shows how is this done ,just pads and rotors replacement. It will be very helpful if there is such to watch.5hanks again!

WHEEL CYLINDER COULD BE FROZEN SO BRAKES WON'T RELEASE OR WHEEL BEARING IS BADLY DAMAGED
