OK folks, if you don;t know the answer then don't respond.
Since you have high beams then there is nothing wrong with your fuses. There's no such thing as a fuse for the low beams and a separate one for the high beams. I would check out the headlight connector itself for corrosion or a ground problem.
Hi David. Actually a lot of foreign cars use separate fuses for hi and low. In this case, I found the owner's manual and flipped to the fuse page to discover the layout. That doesn't mean a fuse is the problem, but it was the question the customer asked. If they find the fuses are good, then they can ask the next question...

There may be a relay that operates the low beam lights, check the owners manual to see if there is a relay, you should be able to hear it go "click" if there is one.
