OK folks, if you don;t know the answer then don't respond.
Since you have high beams then there is nothing wrong with your fuses. There's no such thing as a fuse for the low beams and a separate one for the high beams. I would check out the headlight connector itself for corrosion or a ground problem.

Hi David. Actually a lot of foreign cars use separate fuses for hi and low. In this case, I found the owner's manual and flipped to the fuse page to discover the layout. That doesn't mean a fuse is the problem, but it was the question the customer asked. If they find the fuses are good, then they can ask the next question...

The fuse box is on the driver's side in front of the strut tower. The low beam fuse is at the outside end closest to the fender.

SOURCE: no low beams bulbs are ok fuses look good

There may be a relay that operates the low beam lights, check the owners manual to see if there is a relay, you should be able to hear it go "click" if there is one.

Low Beams suddenly stopped working

SURE!...Take/Tow your vehicle to an authorized Hyundai dealership and pay the diagnostic fee... they will tell you exactly what the problem is and the cost of parts/labor to fix it... at least this way you'll know what the problem is and what's required to fix it. OR --- Go to www.hmaservice.com and register( Vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you have access to shop manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc. about your vehicle.

High-low beams not working

Check for headlight relay and fuse. Some cars have separate circuits for head light flasher and normal high/low beam. From your description, I would suspect a bad connection to/from relay or relay itself.
