Most probable cause; the wires are cut in the rubber tube (accordian shape) near the hinge at the trunk, seen this many times !

If it is a bench seat, most lower sections unbolt at the base of the front of the seat (near the foot well) then pull out. Once the lower section is out, the bolts to the upper section will be visable - undo those and the seats should lift up and out.

press button 1 repeatedly until correct first digit of code is shon on display. then press preset buttons 2,3 and 4 in the same way for remaining digits, until the correct complete keycode is shown. Check your fuse box, look on the diagram and locate the fuse (10 amp most likely) for the auto trunk. The clicking is the relay, it also operates the keylees entry for the doors.
