Repace short block

no country? export models there are....
ok some engines have moved mounts. and other minor issues
moved oil filters. etc. with years not stated no one can help
even google fails with your p/n , so im not trying to look it up at jeep.com what engine is this.
if the 4.0L we have every fact in the world on these, 5million sold.+
Year and size of the motor, Please. Most engines will work. But some have to have sensors or even intake manifolds replaced.

You say you changed the cam sensor. A1391 code is a crank sensor on the top of the trans. bell housing.

If you have the same pulley arrangement that most 4.0 engines have that pulley is an idler not a tensioner. Your power steering pump has a pivot bolt, and a slide under the pump. You adjust belt tension using the pump.

Good luck.

P0505 means the whole Idle Control system, not only the IAM. Check all related sensors (i.e. crankshaft sensor). Check with a voltmeter direct at the connector of the IAM if you get any signal. Remove the IAM from the TB, connect him, let someone switch your ignition key to ON. The IAM need to drive in/out for a short time to find the right position. Hold the IAM near a hard part, that they cant drive out completely! If IAM works fine, check the fuel pressure, check and clean your TB ( if not done yet). If that doesn't work, come back again please

p0340 is the cam shaft sensor, this will cause it to cut off while driving, hardtime starting, p0351 is the ignition coil A primary/secondary curcuit mal function. p1391 is ignition system misfire, this could be plugs, wires, or coils. first of all have the cam sensor changed and it may correct the rest of the codes. when fixed turn light off with obd2 scanner. if you do not have one, then any auto parts store will erase the codes fo free of charge.
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) (the computer) is located on the right firewall directly behind the glove box inside the engine compartment. These control modules are somewhat expensive and have to contain the exact part numbers to accomodate all options. These must be programmed by the dealer.
