I have removed the wheel and axle but not sure how to remove hub.
Look inside were the axle came out and you will see a large nut that has a lock tab on one of the nut flats. You tap that lock tab away from the flat with a small chisel or a large screwdriver. That will let you to be able to turn that nut and remove it and the tab washer behind it. Then wriggle the hub and a bearing will come out, then you should be able to pull on the hub and it will come of.
If I'm understanding you correctly, the Brake Hub/Drum is stuck to the axle?
There should be two bolt holes/threaded holes in the drum. If I remember correctly, they are M8 or M10 (Metric sizes). You thread bolts into them and tighten them, it acts as a press of sorts, forcing the drum off of the axle flange. Once the drum has been removed, you drive out the damaged/broken wheel studs (preferably with a Brass Hammer, to avoid mushrooming the end of the stud). Though you may need to remove the Brake Shoes, Self Adjuster and Springs to gain enough space to work on removing/installing the wheel studs.
Installing, you slide the new studs partway through the holes in the axle flange, where the old studs had been installed. They won't slide in the whole way, due to the oversized and knurled surface. At this point, you use a lug nut and a spacer between the nut and flange to draw the studs through the holes, until the head contacts the back of the axle flange. When I install studs, I like to use a bearing and washers as a spacer, with grease, to reduce the chance of galling.

You have to remove the hub to remove the bolts, if they won't come out by rotating the hub.
To remove the hub, take the cap off at the center of the hub (the cap would be poking you a the center of the hub, and is about 2 inches in diameter.
There should be a cotter key or something preventing the spindle nut from turning. Remove it. If there is a cover over the spindle nut, remove it. Take the spindle nut off. Pull lightly on the hub, and it will come off. Watch for the front bearing to pop out.
To reassemble, put hub back on spindle, put bearing and washer against bearing, thread on spindle nut and tighten while rotating hub. Back off 1/2 to 1 flat add cover (if used) and install cotter key.

there is a large nut that holds that hub on. Remove the cotter pin and the cap from the bolt... remove the bolt and the hub comes off.

First, make sure your parking brake is off.
Remove the rear caliper and then the brake pad housing. In the center hub of the rotor the parking brake shoes are located. The may need to be loosen first. There is a hole between 2 of the studs you need to align at the bottom. Look in the hole with a flashlight and find the star wheel. Use a screw driver to turn the wheel up a few turns to loosen the parking brake shoes from the rotor hub.
After that there are 2 threaded holes in the rotor near the studs you put two 8mm bolts in and slowly tighten each and it will pull the rotor off the hub. They rust up pretty bad so use penetrating oil on them.

I don't have a pic but there is usually not enough room to slide the stud out and in. However, we don't completely remove the hub assembly. On the back of the knuckle (item that the hub is installed into) there are 3 or 4 bolts that hold the hub. Remove these out about 1/2 an inch and you can slide the hub out just far enough to get the studs in and out. On some the outer cv joint is kind of in the way and you may need to remove the axle nut and push the axle in slightly in order to get a socket on the hub bolts. There isn't really any special tools needed but you have to make sure the new stud is fully installed (seated) otherwise the lug nut could back off. Hope this helps.

grind a flat spot on the round head of the new stud this should give enough clearance to install it. don't pull the hub this will damage the bearing.
